Een reactie op het ‘verlichtende’ artikel van ‘historicus’ (srsly) Rutger Bregman, naar aanleiding van het gebruik van het woord ‘niggabitch’ in Jackie, waarin hij beweert dat ‘wij’ wat negers, pinda’s en bitches betreft een stuk relaxter zijn dan in met name Amerika. En volgens Rutger zouden we daar trots op moeten zijn. “In plaats van dat infantiele gezever over hoe we onze bruine medemens moeten noemen, is het misschien tijd voor een serieuze discussie over hoe we de kansarmen van onze samenleving – vrouwen, migranten en gangster-rappers-in-opleiding – een steuntje in de rug kunnen geven.”
Zegt Rutger nou dat alle ‘vrouwen en migranten’ synoniem staan aan ‘kansarmen’. Bedoelt hij daarmee te zeggen dat ‘Nederland’ dan ook synoniem staat aan ‘white supremacy’?
